Rātana Junior Rugby
Silks Audit are the proud sponsors of the Rātana Junior Rugby. With 6 teams in the Whanganui competition the community is well represented and Tamariki are learning new skills and keeping active. Ka pai Tamariki, Kia mau te wehi. On the 15 June 2024, Rātana Rugby celebrated 100 years with a club day in Ratana and all the Tamariki received their 100 year Hoodies to commemorate the event.
Talia Anderson – Town appointed to the Lotteries Commission Board
Internal Affairs Minister Brooke van Velden has today announced Mark Todd as the new Chair of the NZ Lotteries Commission Board and two new board appointments. Mark has been a commissioner on the board since 2019 and is currently in his third term. He also chairs the Audit and Risk Committee. “In addition, I am pleased to announce the new appointments of two new commissioners, Angela Dixon and Talia Anderson-Town who will both join the board on 1 June.”
Talia Anderson – Town appointed to Pharmac Board
Silks Audit would like to congratulate Talia Anderson-Town for being Appointed by the Minister of Health (Hon Andrew Little) to the Pharmac Board for a three year term commencing on 4th December 2021.
